Empowering Teenagers Through Therapy

Through a relational and developmentally informed approach, I help teens better understand themselves, manage overwhelming emotions, and improve communication with the important people in their lives. The goal is not just symptom relief, but increased confidence, connection, and personal growth—both now and into adulthood.

Adolescence is a time of rapid change, emotional intensity, and growing independence. Teenagers often face a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress, academic pressure, peer relationships, and family conflict.

I specialize in working with adolescents and understand the unique developmental, emotional, and relational complexities of this stage of life. As teens navigate questions of identity, belonging, and self-worth, therapy provides a safe, supportive space to explore feelings, strengthen coping skills, and build emotional resilience.
