You may already have insight into why you think and feel the way you do—but still find yourself repeating the same patterns in relationships, work, or within yourself. Knowing isn’t always the same as changing.

My work with you will go beyond reflection and into real-time transformation. Together, we'll look closely at how you show up in your life —especially in moments of stress, disconnection, or conflict—and identify the patterns that keep you stuck.

This is an active, collaborative process. I won’t sit back silently. I’ll help you see what’s happening as it’s happening, gently challenge what’s no longer serving you, and support you in practicing new ways of responding that lead to more connection, clarity, and self-respect.
